What are the theme available?
We can do a wide range of theme for your decoden product. If you do not see the theme you like, please let us know and we can look into it together with you.

How long is the production period?
All decoden products has a average production period of 2-6 weeks. Depending on the casing model, charms and colours, we sometimes need extra time to gather these things for you to make sure it is up to your expectation.

Why is the production period so long?
As much as we do want you to recieve our product as soon as possible, due to factors like casing model, charms, decoden colour not available, we will need some time to source for these material to ensure that the casing is up to your expection and liking. As it is handmade product, we will do according to the order number. Hence, we seek your patience and understanding for the long production period.

Why is there flaws on my product?
As all our decoden product are handmade, there will sometimes be unavoidable flaws like bubbles/hole/odd shape. We will try our best to avoid these flaws but as much as we could it will sometime still occur. Hence, if you are unable to accept those flaws in handmade product, we would appreciate you to find other alternatives.

Regarding charms.
As we source our charms from different supplier, colours of the charms may be different in separate batches. As we do not make the charms, we are unable to control the colours/flaws in some charms. We would try our best to refrain from using those charms but if we think that it is not a big issue that will spoil the asethetic look of the casing, we would still use it to avoid wastage of charms.

Am i able to refund my product? (Decoden/resin-phone/airpods cover/hairclip)
Refund of product is not allowed as it is done according to your preference and liking. Reasons like wrong phone model, do not like the item, charms dropped and etc is also not allowed for refund. We seek your cooperation to confirm your device model and theme you like before you placed any order with us.
As for charms that dropped, we will always ensure that all decoden is fully cured, hence the chances of it happening is not frequent. However, if any of your charms dropped you can use the glue we provide or any strong/super glue to stick it back and it will not affect the use of the casing. Can i cancel my order?
Cancellation of order is not possible if we had accepted your order and start doing your order. We seek your kind understanding to refrain from cancelling your order. If you had chosen the wrong model or forgot to leave your remarks for your order, please contact us by emailling us at tastycreamcase@outlook.com or drop us a message on our Instagram.

Do we ship overseas?
As musch as we want to ship overseas, we are unable to do so for now as we had just started our small business on this website. We will try our best to start shipping worldwide so do look forward to it!

As we frequent JB, we are able to ship your parcel from Malaysia instead for cheaper delivery price, Hence please place order with us via instagram.

Colour Difference In Cream.
The colours you’ve seen on our social media/website may not be exactly be accurate and exact due to factors like the phone display across different phone model, angle of photo taken, light setting while taking photo of the products. There may also be minor colour difference in the intensity of the cream colour as all the cream are handmade by us. Hence, please be aware of the conditions above before placing order. Return of product(s)
Our store return policy only allow return of the following items
-Decoden Cream Glue
-Keychain/Phone Chain
Condition before returning, please check that:
-items is packed back into the original packaging
-no damage to the item
-goodie bag ties on decoden cream is not opened before
-plastic/protection film of the keychain is still intact (if applicable)
-packaging of the phone chain is still intact
-free gifts (if any) are to be returned together unless there is other products that is not listed here is purchased together (e.g phone cover)
By having mutual agreement to return the product, shipping fee will be bare by the customer to ship back the products.
We reserve the right to reject returns of product if it does not meet the requirement of our returns policy.

Refund Policy
Condition for Refund :
-mirror is shattered upon receiving of product(s)
-product(s) is damaged (unable to use anymore)
Please contact us via Instagram/Whatsapp/Email together with photo and video proof, order number, should you need to make any refund.
Final decision will be made by us. We reserve the right to reject any refund if refund policy is not met.
